ABOUT US
Independent advice, nothing to sell.
We're a small, local team doing one thing properly: walking through the homes of older Australians and showing their families exactly what needs to change so they can stay safe, and stay put. No products, no commissions, no clinical jargon.
FULLY INSURED • POLICE-CHECKED • NON-MEDICAL • INDEPENDENT & SELF-FUNDED

OUR STORY
It started with one phone call none of us wanted.
Carelink Home was created from a simple observation: most older people want to remain safely and independently in the home they know for as long as possible — but keeping that home safe and suitable can become increasingly difficult.
At the same time, their adult children are often juggling careers, children and their own responsibilities. They want to help, but may not know what needs attention, who to trust, or how to get things done.
We saw a gap between traditional home maintenance and aged care. Families needed something practical in between: an independent set of eyes on the home, a clear understanding of what could be improved, and someone to help turn those recommendations into action.
That is why we created Carelink Home.
We identify practical safety concerns, maintenance issues and opportunities to make everyday living easier. Where improvements are needed, we can help coordinate the work, source appropriate trades and oversee the process.
Our purpose is simple: help older people stay safely in the homes they love, while giving their families confidence that the things that matter aren't being missed.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Genuinely on your side of the table.
Most safety advice comes from someone with something to sell. Ours doesn't — and that changes every recommendation we make.
Nothing to sell
We don't supply rails, ramps or care packages, and we take no commissions — so our advice stays honest.
Non-medical, non-clinical
No assessments of your parents, no forms, no feeling of being 'checked on'. We look at the house, not the person.
